Breath work immediately and directly influences your physiology. As a surfer — and as a human — learning to recognize and regulate your breathing is essential to both performance and peace.

Awareness is where it all begins. When we slow down enough to notice the breath, we learn to steady both body and spirit. God designed our breath as more than function — it’s communion. Each inhale is a gift; each exhale, a release.

As you train your lungs and calm your mind, let your breathing become a form of worship — a rhythm that centers you in His presence, on land and in the lineup.
