Pre-Surf Exercises that Work
This short routine is designed to get your body surf-ready before hitting the water. You’ll work through movements that activate your core, loosen your shoulders and hips, and bring awareness to your balance — all to help you move fluidly and prevent injury once the session begins.
Pre-surf training is about rhythm, not rush — steady movement that wakes up both body and spirit. As you prepare, breathe deeply, focus your thoughts, and invite God into your session. Just as the ocean resets and renews, a good warm-up reminds us to begin each moment with intention, gratitude, and grace.
