Give yourself permission to turn off the notifications as you immerse yourself in this pristine wonderland of palm fringed beaches and wild jungle waterfalls. Leave behind what doesn’t serve you and indulge your senses outdoors with fresh air, plenty of sun along with the sights and sounds of nature.

From mental health to physical strength, movement has a myriad of benefits for the mind, body, and soul, and let’s face it, most of us don’t do enough of it. While we definitely keep things moving, we do it in a way that feels natural and fun rather than forced and exhaustive.

The Surf
We LOVE surfing but what we love more is spending time in the water, sharing waves and good vibes with great people.
Our team has gone ahead and hand picked some of our favorite destinations featuring the best waves in Costa Rica and beyond for you to enjoy with us. We prefer uncrowded, consistent, pristine waves that can be enjoyed by everyone, so surfers of all levels from beginner to experienced are always welcome.

Our surf camps and retreats are all-inclusive meaning you’ll have unlimited access to the waves along with equipment including a great selection of boards.
You’ll be joined in the water by our team of knowledgable and experienced guides who not only know how to surf, but also know how to have a good time. With personalized coaching, we’ll help you identify your goals for the week and equip you with the tools needed to achieve them, as well as increase your overall knowledge of surfing and boost your confidence in the water.
Whether you’re coming to catch the first waves of your life, take your surfing skills to the next level or simply to enjoy the ocean, we invite you to come take a walk on the water with us!

For those recovering from chemical dependencies we offer an alternative to mainstream travel, combining surf with activities, counseling and workshops focused on a healthy approach to the human experience, learning to cope with pain and suffering while finding joy and fulfillment from a life being made whole again.

Offering the serenity you crave with easy access to the waves, our boutique surf lodge in Nosara is your home for the week. Buffered by a wildlife refuge, an inspiring 200 meter walk through the jungle is all that stands between our guests and the beach. A leisurely bike ride away from shops and restaurants while hidden just enough to offer escape and help you disconnect, we’re confident you will love this little sanctuary where the jungle meets the sea.
