It's All In the Squat

This session focuses on developing strength and mobility through squats — a key movement for surfing. You’ll learn how to build lower-body power, engage your core, and maintain balance through each phase of the motion. Every wave begins from your stance, and this training helps you hold it with confidence and control.

But this movement teaches more than technique. Every time we lower ourselves with intention, we’re reminded of the truth: the deeper we go — in training, in humility, in surrender — the higher we can rise. Strength built in humility becomes the kind that lasts, both in body and in faith.
